1. Provide product test report (ISO 17025 laboratory test report) or ISO+ internal test report
2. Submit CI, PL, application form, product pictures and other relevant information, and apply for inspection
3. After the inspection is OK, you can ship the goods, submit the final information, and issue a SASO customs clearance certificate.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Saudi Arabia and SASO require that all products included in the SASO certification standard have SASO certification when entering Saudi customs. Products without SASO certificates will be refused entry by Saudi port customs.
The ICCP plan provides three ways for exporters or manufacturers to obtain CoC certificates. Customers can choose the most suitable way according to the nature of their products, the degree of compliance with standards, and the frequency of shipments. The CoC certificate is issued by SASO Country Office (SCO) authorized by SASO or PAI Country Office (PCO) authorized by PAI.
1. Product testing
Test report requirements: The test report must be issued by an ISO17025 qualified organization before it is accepted. The power frequency is 60HZ, and the AC voltage is 127V or 220. CE-LVD report date cannot exceed 2 years, UL, GS, CB and other reports cannot exceed 3 years. With the above test report, you can proceed to the next step:
2. Product inspection
Applying for pre-shipment inspection is the most critical step in the entire certification process. Many people do not know much about how to apply for pre-shipment inspection. In fact, there are not many materials for application for inspection, but the content requirements are relatively strict.
Information required for applying for pre-shipment inspection: product test report (safety part), inspection application form, product photo, packing box photo, CI, PL. This is the necessary information for applying for pre-shipment inspection. It is not enough to have one less. Among these materials, product photos and packaging photos are the most difficult to prepare. The mark must have: product name, model specification, origin (MADE IN CHINA), exporter's name or manufacturer's name or importer's name or their trademarks. After completing the above steps, the product label is basically no problem.
