Testing institutions that have obtained the certificate of measurement certification are allowed to use the CMA mark on the inspection report; the inspection report with the CMA mark can be used for product quality evaluation, results and judicial appraisal, and has legal effect.

The state is implementing mandatory measurement certification, review and accreditation, and "laboratory accreditation" in which laboratories voluntarily participate to ensure the impartiality, scientificity and authority of the services provided by testing institutions to the society.
