2. The producer (manufacturer) chooses the appropriate type of conformity assessment method to evaluate the conformity of the product, and proves that the product continues to meet the requirements of the applicable standards for compulsory product certification.

3. Producers (manufacturers) shall establish technical documents according to the requirements of Annex 1 of these rules and keep them properly; from the date of completing the submission of product compliance information, keep them for at least 10 years for future reference.

4. The producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (when applicable) sign the "Compulsory Certification Product Compliance Self-Declaration" (see Annex 2 for the style) for the products that have passed the evaluation and complete the product compliance information submission.

5. Producers (manufacturers) apply the CCC mark to their self-declared products.

6. When product design, technical characteristics, relevant mandatory product certification requirements or self-declaration related information is changed, the producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (if applicable) should supplement the evaluation of product conformity and update the self-declaration and product according to the changed content.
